Brief BiographyJoseph Stalin was born on December 18th 1879, he was one of the cruelest dictators in history. He became the dictator of the USSR (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics of Russia) in the late 1920s. The man himself was solely responsible for the death of 20 million people during the Russian Revolution.
